The Nailsea team comprising Lead - Carol Osborne, Two - Janet Hobson and Skip – Janet Gibson achieved the highest overall score winning the Clevedon Promenade Ladies Bowls Club Open Ladies Triples on Tuesday 12th July. Well Done!

Commiserations to Nailsea Men

The Nailsea Men's bowls team, over four rinks at Home Tuesday 12th July, managed to draw a level score with their competitors, Portishead Royal British Legion, in the second round of the Turnbull Cup. Having beaten Bristol St Ann's in the first round, last Tuesday, and winning most rinks on the night, the draw meant the result was decided on an extra end played. Congratulations to RBL on winning by a narrow margin on he last bowl of the night, taking them forward into the third round.
